peanuttbutterwaffles.: prom and baby's bro's wedding

it has been a long weekend for me, 48 hrs seemed so squashed, can't believe my eventful wkend just past like this. it feels like awhile ago i was getting all excited and now it's all over alr. happy time pass fast, and i really did enjoy myself(:

friday's prom was exciting, could say it was bcus i was a first timer and events that happened that night were indescribable.

food was great plus i had a fun time dolling up with my classmates and we found out this salon w really gd service at fareast. it's called 'hair plus' at the 5th level and Anges attended to us. she was so friendly and helpful and, just, nice is the word i can say, everything and everything. with Irene rushing over cause she did her nail polish last min to me helping her doing up her makeup in the salon, time was rushing but this experience, it's one i'd never forget(: yz the fairy and me, the devil! LOL.

off to the ballroom, a wonderful sight with everyone dressed up(ok, maybe not everyone). and the setting was nice, i like classic black. however, couldn't expect much with what we pay i guess, door gift was that sticker thingy i suppose and i don't think anyone took it home too. and emcees were our own teachers, but at least we had a DJ! table games we so-so, yet i didn't think anyone mind cause the whole 3 hours was like a massive photo-taking session instead. toilet trips for touching up,walking around to find familiar faces to get a shot tgt, you could see the smile on everyone face(:

and thanks to all who voted for me, i am really humbled.
prom queen goes to all who had put the effort into dolling yourself up, and we're all queens of the night ;) actually it was the teachers who did the choosing first, so it wasn't that fair i guess. cause to me, there were so many pretty ones out there, and the guys too, many more(ok, a few more) than the few on stage. the 'contestants' had to so some stuffs on stage and i was so embarrassed. was asked to do a bollywood dance and luckily mdm ainon dance w me or else i really didn't know what to do.

i was so angry at myself at the beginning of the night cause i brought my cam out but i forgot to put in the batt. was charging it and when i rushed out, totally forgot about it. what a dumb thing to do. who the hell goes to prom without a cam?!?!?! )))): so i've got no pics for the night, and now i've to go fb and search everywhere for my face, waiting for the others to upload. and my red lips that night, i had difficulties taking photos, i didn't know how to smile))): so i guess my photos will turn out all pretty ugly, sobs.

post prom was w e classmates having desserts at clarke quay and after, was HTH talk w eunice from TCC to the riverside while we waited for her friends to end their clubbing session and we took the first train home. both hands up to those who boogied in their high heels, just walking and standing the whole night, my legs alr BUAY TAHAN SIA!!!

after 5 hours of sleep, was another mad rush to prepare to attend baby's bro's wedding at traders hotel.
went back to curl my hair w Anges before cabbing over. food was good, and it was a whole night of smiling cause it was all baby's relative over there. this time i had my cam ready, HA! i'd kill myself if i forgot to bring again.

other shots with the bride and groom and his family were all done by the photographer, so just gotta wait for the pics, hope it'll turn out good! (: we got out of the hotel after and started taking pics ourselves, ha.
